Dr. Ryan Kramer

Dr. Kramer is a graduate of Upper Iowa University in Fayette, IA, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While at Palmer he focused on family practice and was chosen to represent the school in opening a clinic in Budapest, Hungary. He is a member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, the American Chiropractic Association, the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association and the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce. After working in a group practice in Joplin, MO, Dr. Kramer moved to West Des Moines to open Chiropractic in Motion and to be closer to his family in Atlantic, IA. He and his wife Anne live in Des Moines with thier dog Ike.  In his free time he enjoys a long run. He has competed in over 20 marathons including the world famous Boston Marathon.

Dr. Shannon White

Dr. White is a graduate of Simpson College in Indianola, IA, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After leaving Simpson, she then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While at Palmer she focused on family practice with an emphasis on pediatrics. She also has recieved her C.C.A.c. (Certified in Chiropractic Acupuncture) through IACA. She is a member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society and the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband Brad Schlichte live in West Des Moines with their dog Lucy. In her free time Dr. White enjoys the outdoors and running. Like Dr. Kramer she has competed in running events for years including multiple marathons.
